Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency project at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will oversee cyberscurity posture for DSMS DIAMONDS JADE NIMACS systems, ensuring RMF compliance and DoD directives across the program.

You will coordinate with government ISSMs, develop ATO/ATC/IATT documentation, and drive security testing and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience including ISSO work
• Must have working knowledge of DoD RMF and related security controls
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity activities for a large program and coordinate with government staff and agencies
• Assist in development and staffing of Authorization to Operate (ATO), Authorization to Connect (ATC), IATT and POA&Ms
• Support in creating and executing Security Test and Evaluation (S&E) plans
• Review architecture documentation, security impact analyses, and risk mitigation to support RMF
• Provide security design management for build processes of servers, services and endpoints
