Job summary

Keeper Security, a leading cybersecurity software company, is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to oversee security posture and compliance readiness for assigned information systems. You will partner with Engineering, DevOps, IT and Compliance to ensure controls are implemented and documented for audits and authorization reviews.

The role requires hands-on experience with FedRAMP, GovRAMP, DoD IL5, NIST controls, and cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security, assurance, cybersecurity compliance or related role.
• Experience as ISSO or for regulated systems.
• Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and RMF.
• Experience with FedRAMP, GovRAMP, DoD IL5.
• Hands-on in SSPs, control narratives, POA&Ms and assessment evidence.
• Ability to translate technical implementations into security documentation.
• US Citizenship required for GovCloud/FedRAMP work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security posture and compliance readiness for assigned systems.
• Maintain System Security Plans and control documentation.
• Support FedRAMP, GovRAMP, DoD IL5 authorization activities.
• Coordinate security control implementation with Engineering, DevOps, IT, Security.
• Manage Plans of Action and Milestones and remediation evidence.
• Support continuous monitoring, vulnerability findings and configurations.
• Coordinate responses to auditors and government stakeholders.
• Assist incident response, contingency planning and disaster recovery.
