Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the DoD programs within the Classified Cyber Security Team.

You will ensure information systems meet cybersecurity requirements and government directives, directing RMF processes and security controls across the portfolio. You will coordinate with government officials, lead cybersecurity professionals, and drive continuous monitoring and incident response activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior related experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 7+ years of related experience.
• Active DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certs (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GSLC).
• Subject matter expert in security standards and frameworks (FIPS, NIST SP 800 Series, JSIG, DAAPM, ICD).
• Experience managing cybersecurity requirements in collateral, SAP, or SCI environments.

Responsibilities

• Integrate the Classified Cyber Security Program with Program Management leadership to achieve strategic cyber goals.
• Assist program personnel to meet USG certification requirements and maintain security compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Cyber Security professionals across portfolio milestones.
