Job summary

Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is seeking an expert Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead staff in planning and managing INFOSEC programs across ODNI. You will review security plans, enforce policies, and guide system design to protect information from unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in the United States.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Two-year trial period for new ODNI appointments.
• Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management.

Responsibilities

• Lead INFOSEC programs and strategic plans for ODNI.
• Review, approve, and develop security plans for ODNI systems.
• Provide direction to ensure INFOSEC alignment with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement ODNI security requirements for system design and operations.
• Represent ODNI in IC-wide INFOSEC forums and coordinate with senior security managers.
• Mentor junior staff and manage performance within the INFOSEC program.
• Ensure compliance with NIST RMF, SP 800-39, and NIST SP 800-53/CNSS 1253 controls.
