Job summary

ORBIS is seeking a highly skilled Information System Security Manager III (ISSM III) to provide senior technical leadership for the NSWC Corona CCAM contract. The ISSM III will guide RMF A&A processes to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for complex Navy systems.

You will oversee ISSOs and System Administrators, develop critical documentation (SSPs, SARs, RARs), and act as liaison with Navy authorities, ensuring rapid, compliant implementation and continuous monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.
• Master's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience coordinating with organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the cybersecurity posture for NSWC Corona enclaves, networks, and PIT systems.
• Lead RMF A&A package development and maintenance per DoD/ Navy guides.
• Oversee ISSOs and System Administrators to ensure continuous security controls.
• Develop, review, and approve SSPs, SARs, RARs, and Configuration Management Plans.
• Act as the technical liaison between system owners, Navy SCA, and AO for reviews.
• Manage eMASS records, artifacts, and control implementations.
• Direct POA&M entries with engineering teams for mitigation timelines.
• Lead incident response, forensic data collection, and corrective actions.
• Review ACAS scans, STIGs, and SCC results.
• Enforce configuration management via Change Control Board.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness training for users and leadership.
• Monitor INFOCONs, CTOs, and IAVAs for rapid compliance.
