Job summary

ORBIS seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead RMF, A&A, and continuous monitoring for the NSWC Corona contract. You will coordinate with COR/TPOC and command leadership, guiding a diverse team of ISSMs, ISSOs, and analysts to meet contract milestones, budgets, and quality standards.

You will oversee DoD policy alignment, coordinate vulnerability assessments, and drive continuous improvement of eMASS workflows while serving as the escalation point for complex issues with Navy

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years managing IT or cybersecurity teams with 5+ years as a program manager.
• CISSP or PMP substitution may apply.
• Strong understanding of RMF, A&A, and DoD policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ORBIS interface with government customers and program leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of RMF, A&A, and continuous monitoring.
• Lead a diverse team of ISSMs, ISSOs, and cybersecurity analysts.
• Manage program master schedule and contract deliverables.
