Job summary

CNI is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide enterprise cybersecurity management for Department of the Air Force Financial Management (DAF FM) systems. You will oversee the RMF lifecycle, guide authorization artifacts, and support the AO with risk-informed decision materials.

This senior role requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience, DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years related experience.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance under Air Force requirements.
• Experience coordinating RMF across DoD FM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF lifecycle across all DAF FM systems.
• Provide enterprise cybersecurity guidance to AO, AODR, ISSOs, and system owners.
• Manage FM security artifacts in eMASS and ITIPS.
• Oversee enterprise vulnerability/risk management and remediation coordination.
• Prepare risk-informed decision packages for AO (ATO/ATO with Conditions/Denial).
