Job summary

The Boeing Company, based in Fairfax, VA, seeks a Cybersecurity – Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead RMF implementation and risk assessments for classified systems. You will ensure compliance with information security policies and directives across multiple domains and support government customers.

The role requires active CI polygraph, TS/SCI, and IAM Level III certification; you will guide assessment and authorization activities and provide expert guidance on security controls

Qualifications

• Tier 5 investigation within last 5 years or Continuous Vetting enrollment in last 5 years.
• Active Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• IAM Level III certification (CISSP/GSLC/CISM) in good standing.
• 5+ years of RMF policy experience with NIST SP 800-series guidance.

Responsibilities

• Performs security analysis of operational and development environments to assess standards compliance.
• Leads A&A processes under RMF for new and existing information systems.
• Facilitates development of MOU/ISA/RAL and supports continuous monitoring activities.
• Oversees configuration management and audits security posture of systems.
• Leads staff with assessments and test data to document compliance status.
• Conducts risk assessments, investigates issues, and oversees incident response.
