Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead secure cloud programs and RMF accreditation for DoD systems. The ISSM will guide ISSOs, coordinate with DevOps and SecOps, and drive authorization activities across teams.

Responsibilities include developing RMF documentation, maintaining ATO/IATT, implementing zero‑trust controls, and ensuring compliance with STIGs and DoD cyber tools, with active TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level III certification required (e.g., CISSP or CISM).
• Minimum three (3) years in an ISSM or security role.
• Experience leading small to medium teams and driving accountability.
• Experience with risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Experience providing cybersecurity training and/or tabletop exercises.
• Experience with security incident response teams (NOC/SOC).

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team (5–10 people) with accountability.
• Develop and sustain RMF documentation packages (SSP, SAP, SAR, POA&M, ConMon).
• Lead ATO / IATT / IRP / BoE processes and maintain security posture.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers, DevOps, and IT to ensure compliance including ZTA.
• Implement cloud‑native security solutions (encryption, IAM, network segmentation).
• Develop and maintain network diagrams using MBSE.
• Engage with Change Control Board (CCB) and other ISSMs.
• Lead ISSO workflows: continuous monitoring, risk analysis, remediation, POA&M updates.
