Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a skilled leader to oversee USMC POR fleet support, coordinate reporting, and serve as ISSO for SSPs. The role includes driving WIP coordination, external agency interfacing, and providing Tier II/III help desk support for USMC POR systems.

The position requires a cleared candidate with a strong background in TCAC/TSCS environments, proactive coordination of testing, and reporting to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or formal Military/DOD training.
• Experience creating WARs and monthly program reports; scheduling and task coordination.
• ISSO experience for USMC PoR SSP.
• Team leadership of 5+ personnel.
• Expert knowledge of TCAC/TSCS or comparable systems.
• WIP documentation and meeting coordination experience.
• External agency coordination with security/regulatory authorities.
• Tier II/III help desk support experience.
• Testing coordination and test procedures development.

Responsibilities

• Act as team lead for USMC POR fleet support.
• Prepare status reports, scheduling, and related project tasks.
• Serve as ISSO for USMC PoR SSP.
• Coordinate WIP inputs and meetings for accurate reporting.
• Lead NSA/MCO coordination and external interfaces.
• Provide Tier II/III help desk support for USMC POR systems.
