JYG Innovations seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide high-level cybersecurity support to the TSRL, Bioeffects Division, in support of the AFRL enterprise. The ISSM will maintain RMF compliance, secure Authorities to Operate, and ensure current security documentation for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and standalone enclaves.

Responsibilities include coordinating RMF strategy, administering eMASS, preparing security artifacts, and guiding senior leadership on risk posture.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. citizenship required for base access.
• Bachelor of Science in IT or Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years applying RMF and delivering cybersecurity services.
• Current, valid Security+ certification.
• DoD 8140/cybersecurity directives knowledge.
• Experience with RMF authorization packages and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Administer RMF compliance and track requirements.
• Maintain ATOs and prepare authorization packages.
• Oversight of ISSM duties and privileged access controls.
• Produce security documentation and risk assessments.
• Support audits, inspections, and configuration management.
• Coordinate access onboarding/offboarding and training verification.
• Advise leadership on risk and security posture.
