GE Aerospace, based in Evendale, Ohio, seeks a Senior ISSM to lead the Information Assurance posture for classified systems across legacy programs, test cells, production facilities, and labs. You will oversee SAP IA posture and ensure mission-ready systems that support long-lived aerospace platforms and infrastructure.

You will apply RMF, JSIG, and NIST 800-series controls in complex industrial settings, coordinating with U.S. Government partners and internal IT/OT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of professional experience in information security.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required. Must hold DoD 8570 IAM III or equivalent.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent DoD 8570 IAM III security certification.

Responsabilités

• Serve as RMF subject matter expert for classified computing environments.
• Lead and maintain the formal information system security program for areas of responsibility.
• Translate JSIG, RMF, and NIST 800-series requirements into practical security controls for production and lab environments.
• Act as GE Aerospace’s primary liaison to DoD SCAs, AOs, and PSOs.
• Provide leadership and oversight to a geographically dispersed Information Assurance team, including ISSOs.
• Provide regulatory direction to internal IT staff for day-to-day operations and larger projects.
• Support secure operation of industrial control systems, test equipment, and lab environments.
• Maintain working knowledge of COMSEC policies and support safeguarding practices.
• Participate in regulatory reviews and cross-site inspections.
