Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) seeks a senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead cybersecurity for the CAOC-X enclave, overseeing RMF lifecycle, ATO activities, and multi‑classification integration of TS/SCI and NIPRNET environments. You will liaison with AO/SCA and drive strong SSPs, POA&Ms, and RMF artifacts.

The role requires active Secret clearance with potential upgrade to TS/SCI, plus deep DoD/NIST policy experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF lifecycle activities and ATO processes
• Serve as cybersecurity focal point for CAOC-X
• Coordinate with AO and SCA for assessments and evidence collection
• Oversee vulnerability management, STIGs, and IAVM
• Conduct annual security reviews and testing of controls
• Lead cyber incident response and actions
