Job summary

SECON-DELTA LLC seeks an experienced Sr. Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to design, implement, and integrate Cybersecurity and security systems for complex enclave environments in Hanover, MD. Onsite only.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph, ISSEP and CISSP certifications, and IASAE Level III. Extensive experience in defense cybersecurity, RMF processes, and system certification is essential.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years’ ISSE experience on similar programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required; substitutions allowed for total experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Knowledge of Federal, NSA, IC, and DoD information security regulations.
• DoD 8570 IASAE Level 3 required; ISSEP and CISSP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary security engineering representative on teams for secure networking and enclave environments.
• Apply cybersecurity policies and procedures to design and implement secure architectures.
• Lead or contribute to assessments, risk analysis, and risk management activities.
• Support certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation and compliance.
• Assist security planning and enforcement of trusted relationships among external systems.
• Identify security requirements for data handling and multi-enclave designs.
