Job summary

AnaVation is seeking an experienced cyber professional to join our team as an ISSE in Reston, VA. The role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating secure network and system architectures to support government and industry standards like RMF.

You will work onsite, contribute to A&A processes, analyze security findings, and help implement remediation across classified programs while collaborating with stakeholders to translate security requirements into actionable designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience; master’s can substitute.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• CySA+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification required or in progress.
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to ensure DIA C&A and IA requirements are met and properly certified.
• Work onsite full-time on classified programs including SAP.
• Design and integrate secure security systems and physical controls.
• Assist A&A process using RMF across the lifecycle to obtain and maintain IATT/ATC/ATO.
• Develop system test plans to assess security posture.
• Analyze findings and prioritize remediation.
• Participate in incident response and assist in resolving incidents.
