Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to provide cyber and information assurance support for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

The candidate will lead A&A documentation coordination, help design and implement IA architecture, and serve as the PMO expert on IA protections.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity and information assurance, including DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CISSP or CISM certification required.
• Experience with RMF A&A processes and RMF documentation.
• Experience with SAP/SAR and IA controls.
• US citizenship and current Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation.
• Assist design, development, and integration of IA architecture for systems.
• Serve as PMO expert for IA security protections and requirements.
• Develop POA&M mitigations through timely assessment of corrective actions.
• Conduct technical and nontechnical reviews and observe audits to support development and test efforts.
