Qualifications

• US citizen with active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Minimum 8 years supporting military operations and targeting.
• C5ISRT and targeting experience.
• Experience with automated targeting tools (JTT, MIDB).
• Understand F2T2EA Cycle and data tools for targeting.
• Strong communication skills for briefs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeting operations planning, preparation, and execution for joint targeting cycles.
• Develop analytical products and executive briefings with risks and impacts.
• Plan and execute testing activities, coordinating with external test orgs.
• Support CIAV targeting with Joint Staff and Combatant Commands.
• Lead DTA and A&V events, oversee research and data analysis.
• Incorporate modeling and simulation to improve scenario fidelity.
• Provide expertise across Target System Analysis, MEA, CDE, BDA, CA.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and inform senior leaders.
