Job summary

Leidos is seeking an ISR Collection Manager in Macon, GA to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in a close-knit team. The role supports Air Force intelligence tasks, coordinating collection requirements and optimizing payload operations to maximize capabilities.

Strong multi-tasking and crew-resource-management skills are essential. Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant ISR experience.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, maintaining, and updating collection plans based on command priorities.
• Experience interfacing with multiple commands and RFIs to align ISR requirements.
• Ability to conduct briefings and presentations for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISR collection requirements and ensure timely dissemination of intelligence within the supported command.
• Work with payload operators to optimize capabilities and meet collection requirements.
• Design and maintain collection plans aligned with Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements.
