Metrea seeks a highly experienced Senior ISR Program Manager to lead and support complex ISR operations. The role requires a strong background in manned airborne ISR missions and deep knowledge of U.S. government contracting processes.

You will plan, execute, and manage ISR programs in domestic and austere international settings, coordinating with government and industry partners to ensure mission success. This position demands leadership and strategic oversight with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manned airborne ISR programs.
• Strong understanding of U.S. government contracting processes.
• Proven abilities in planning and managing complex ISR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISR program planning and execution, including deployment stand-ups and spoke operations.
• Coordinate with government and industry stakeholders to ensure mission success.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and deliverables in compliance with contract requirements.
• Support proposal development and contract modifications.
• Oversee operational readiness and sustainment of ISR platforms.
• CONUS Travel required (50%).
