Metrea, headquartered in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior ISR Program Manager to lead complex airborne ISR programs in domestic and austere international settings. You will plan and execute deployment stand-ups, coordinate with government and industry partners, and manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables in line with contract requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and deep knowledge of U.S. government contracting.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in manned airborne ISR operations management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. government contracting and acquisition processes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Experience with ISR deployment stand-ups and spoke operations
• Familiarity with operational planning tools and mission management systems
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; PMP/DAU certification may be waived with sufficient experience

Responsibilities

• Lead ISR program planning and execution, including deployment stand-ups and spoke operations
• Coordinate with government and industry stakeholders to ensure mission success
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and deliverables in accordance with contract requirements
• Support proposal development and contract modifications
• Oversee operational readiness and sustainment of ISR platforms
• Travel CONUS up to 50%
