Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and supporting carrier-grade ISP/fiber networks.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching expertise (BGP/MPLS).
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, CGNAT and IPAM.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and optimize Bridgenet's broadband infrastructure.
• Engineer scalable, highly available ISP network architecture for growth.
• Configure and support Calix OLTs and fiber access infrastructure.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, REST APIs, and Ansible.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
