Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Senior iSeries Developer/Analyst to enhance ERP and EDI applications on IBM Power Systems in Exeter, PA. You will analyze business needs, design programming solutions, and implement changes across the SDLC with strong collaboration with business leaders.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and expertise in RPG and SQL, plus EDI mapping and workflows. The team values communication, mentorship, and reliable data exchange.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or associate’s degree.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Strong RPG, RPG III, RPG IV, ILE, CLP, Fixed, Free, and SQL programming skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to troubleshoot EDI failures, transmission errors, and data mismatches, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain EDI maps/documents, translations, and communication workflows.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement custom modifications to ERP and EDI within the IBM Power Systems environment.
• Code in RPG, RPG III, RPG IV, ILE, CLP, Fixed, Free, and SQL to update existing programs or build new applications.
• Provide programming support for various interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing code.
• Produce application documentation, including process and data flow diagrams; develop conversion and system implementation plans.
• Keeps internal customers informed of enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; mentor junior developers and cross-train peers.
• Lead SDLC ownership and coordinate deployments, including after-hours support as necessary.
• Maintain EDI communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN) and ensure secure data exchange across channels.
