Job summary

CAE is seeking a dedicated Instructional Systems Designer to perform assessments for the KC-46 program. The role involves developing course materials, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, and ensuring compliance with quality management standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and five years of related military experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. This full-time position promotes a flexible work-life balance in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of military-related experience in Instructional System Design services.
• KC-46 or modern military aircraft maintenance training related experience.
• Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review proposal and program materials with input from SMEs.
• Consult with customers on performance management and instructional strategies.
• Ensure traceability of ISD documentation in accordance with QMS.
