Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Principal Integrated Supply Chain Project Manager – S/4 Repair & Overhaul (Finance) to drive transformation across MRO processes, repair planning, material flow, and shop floor execution in an SAP S/4 environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and mentor teams while delivering on scope, schedule, and regulatory requirements to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, service operations, or project management.
• Strong MRO knowledge and repair/overhaul operations.
• Experience leading complex MRO and SAP-enabled projects.
• U.S. Person status per export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights into tradeoffs, risks, and target outcomes across MRO processes.
• Define scope and transformation ambition for MRO and SAP S/4.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects on time and budget.
• Monitor progress and report milestones and risks to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in repair cycle time and service productivity.
