Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an experienced ISC leader to own end-to-end S/4 transformation across the SBG for multiple sites in the United States, including Charlotte, Houston, and Rosemont. You will drive standardization, readiness, and adoption while partnering with Corporate S/4 and GDM teams to balance enterprise standards with SBG operational needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or ISC leadership roles.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Lean, PMO, and/or 6 Sigma experience as a participant or facilitator.
• Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations with centralized program structures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ISC transformation and program governance for the SBG, driving business value, standardization, and operational performance across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing
• Act as the primary ISC leader for S/4 within the SBG, accountable for deployment success, business readiness, and adoption outcomes
• Partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and process/value stream leaders to shape, validate, and deploy the global design, ensuring alignment with SBG operational needs
• Drive fit-to-standard adoption and ISC process standardization, while identifying gaps and leading structured escalation and resolution of design trade-offs
• Establish and manage ISC program operating cadence, including governance forums, workstream leadership, execution routines, decision tracking, and executive reporting
• Lead deployment readiness and change adoption across the SBG, including process, data, organizational readiness, training, and cutover planning
• Ensure stakeholder alignment, transparency, and risk management, proactively managing issues, enabling cross-functional decisions, and institutionalizing lessons learned for continuous improvement
