• Develop project plans and manage implementations through Workday and SharePoint PMO tools.
• Coordinate project team members and IS leadership to allocate resources.
• Manage budgets and expenses to minimize costs while ensuring project success.
• Lead PMO processes and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely issue resolution and decisions.
