Qualifications

• Six years of professional-level information systems planning management experience (within the last eight years).
• Three years of qualifying experience must be at a level equivalent to an Information Systems Analyst IV or higher with the City of San Diego.
• Experience managing acquisition, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of complex information systems for a large organization.
