Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in San Antonio, FL is seeking an Irrigation Manager for our Commercial Landscape Install team. You will schedule projects, supervise teams, and manage resources to deliver irrigation services efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include overseeing installation crews, coordinating materials and subcontractors, training staff, and maintaining strong client communication while upholding budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in irrigation, landscaping, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation controllers and 2-wire system diagnostics/repair.
• Customer-focused with ability to train and develop teams.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus; willingness to work outdoors in extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple irrigation installation teams and lead projects to completion.
• Train and develop irrigation installation teams; provide day-to-day scheduling guidance.
• Manage all irrigation installations; coordinate materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Communicate with, counsel, train, and develop growth plans for employees.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and proper operation of equipment.
• Order materials; monitor costs and deliveries.
• Assist with creating estimates for irrigation install projects.
• Maintain job files for irrigation projects; attend pre-walks and turnover meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and client communication.
• Perform other relevant duties as needed.
