Job summary

Steadfast Alliance is seeking a Senior Irrigation Foreman in Florida to lead installation crews on subdivision projects across Manatee County. You will program timers, manage 2-wire master systems, and ensure safe, efficient on-site execution.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to read plans, and balancing landscape water needs with restrictions. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus, and experience with Rain Bird or Hunter systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading irrigation installation teams and coordinating small crews.
• Knowledge of irrigation timer programming and 2-wire master systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and program irrigation timers for new production home systems.
• Lead small teams and manage labor efficiently.
• Safely operate trenching and excavating equipment.

Senior IrrigationForeman

Rapidly growing commercial landscape and irrigationcontractor seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly motivatedIrrigation Foreman who is ready to lead teams of irrigation installers into anexciting portfolio of new subdivision projects, primarily in Manatee County.

The position’s duties

• Installation of new production home irrigationsystems to include programming of timers.
• Installation and management of 2-wire masterirrigation systems; to include the programming of decoders.
• Leadership of small teams and efficient labormanagement
• Safe operation of industry standard trenchingand excavating equipment.
• Save driving
• Review and understanding of construction plans,to include scaling and troubleshooting.
• Firm understanding of how to balance the waterdemands of landscape with municipal restrictions and project restrictions
• Familiarity with Rainbird and Hunter irrigationsystems
• Clear and consistent project reporting and internalcommunication
• Core values of hard work, teamwork, honesty, andan internal desire to do great things and be appreciated
• Bi-lingual is a plus
