Position Overview
- The irrigation foreman is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems as well as for managing employees, projects, and resources.
- The right applicant will also be responsible for the coordination of job activities and materials and will be able to create estimates and proposals for new work.
- We provide the proper tools and equipment needed for the job.
- Our irrigation foreman will make between $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

Irrigation Foreman Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant experience and references.
- Able to lift 50 LBS regularly.
- Be able to pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screens.
Qualifications (Only candidates who have the following requirements will be considered)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an irrigation technician.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an irrigation foreman.
- Minimum 5 years of industry-related (agricultural) experience.
- Must speak English (Spanish is a plus).
Irrigation Foreman Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix irrigation systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and use a wire tracker.
- Perform wet checks and make sure the irrigation systems and different zones are up and running.
- Install, repair, and replace valves, irrigation pumps, timers, solenoids, pressure switches, main lines, laterals, sleeves, controllers, timers, rain sensors, etc.
- Install and maintain controllers, timers, and rain sensors.
- Delegating tasks, overseeing all irrigation projects, and supervising the crew members to ensure that projects are completed most efficiently.
- Guaranteeing all crew members always obey health and safety regulations.
- Must have a working knowledge of South Florida landscaping and the water needs of plant material, as well as recognize stressed landscapes as a result of water deficiencies.
- Additionally, the following physical abilities are required: crouching, manual dexterity, hearing, kneeling, mental acuity, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
- Ability to inspect properties and generate reports to ensure the proper communication of service needs as well as create estimates and selling of irrigation services.
- Must possess superb communication skills and must speak and present themselves professionally.
