Job summary

CACI International is seeking an Irregular Warfare Planner to support a program delivering advisory, training, and operational services that strengthen national security. The role spans across geographic and functional commands to develop, integrate, and sustain mission-ready IW task forces that bolster joint force effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance w/ SCI eligibility and willing to submit to Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• 5+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and synchronizing IW.
• 3+ years in TSOC HQ, SOCOM or similar planning organizations.
• 7+ years of experience with military planning processes (JPP, MDMP, targeting).
• Experience briefing/executing concepts to senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and synchronizes indirect, asymmetric, and non-conventional operations (e.g., counterinsurgency, unconventional warfare, counterterrorism, civil-military ops).
• Identifies and maps adversary networks, including terrorist groups and insurgents.
• Develops and integrates IW planning products (OPORD/OPLAN/CONPLAN inputs, annexes, concepts of operation).
• Creates and maintains IW assessment plans (MOE, MOEi, MOP) for higher HQ integration.
• Produces written and oral products for senior executive-level decision makers.
• Coordinates with interagency, ally, partner and joint stakeholders.
• Ensures IW operations comply with applicable laws, policy, and guidance.
• Participates in the targeting process from development to execution.
