Job summary

CAC I is seeking an Irregular Warfare & Sensitive Activities Lead to advance national security objectives through advisory, training, and operational support services. Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Irregular Warfare, Sensitive Activities, Information Operations, SOF, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting operational planning, campaign development, and execution in complex environments.
  • Experience integrating multiple military, intelligence, diplomatic, informational, and partner capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, integration, and synchronization of IW and SA for combatant command and special operations objectives.
  • Advise leadership on IW and SA capabilities to achieve strategic, operational, and tactical effects across information, human, and physical dimensions.
  • Develop and coordinate IW and SA concepts, plans, and activities supporting campaigns and contingency operations.
  • Integrate efforts across PSYOP, OPSEC, MILDEC, cyberspace operations, intelligence, EW, and other non-kinetic capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to influence adversary decision-making and enable partner force objectives through IW and SA activities.
  • Coordinate with joint, interagency, intergovernmental, multinational, and mission partner organizations.
