KBR is seeking a Senior Investor Relations / Financial Planning & Analysis (IR / FP&A) Analyst to join the IR & FP&A team in Houston, TX. This hybrid role supports external investor engagement and internal budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for senior leadership.

Reporting to the VP of IR & FP&A, you will prepare investor materials, participate in earnings calls, and help align financial performance with market messaging. Three days on-site in Houston are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Experience supporting a publicly traded company or capital markets-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Support quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and board materials.
• Assist in planning earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
• Monitor market trends, analyst research, and investor sentiment to inform strategy.
• Maintain IR materials, dashboards, and FAQs with accuracy and consistency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis with finance partners.
• Prepare financial summaries and presentations for senior management.
