Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior program-management professional to oversee the value stream capacity activities for a Naval Power Product Line. You will manage test equipment integration, factory optimization, supplier capacity growth, yield improvement, and Production Verification Testing for the SM-6 IAU transition.

You will collaborate across Systems Engineering, Software, Firmware, and Production Test engineers, with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer guiding schedules, budgets, and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Integration experience across hardware, software and/or firmware.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle from requirements through delivery.
• Troubleshoot and investigate to meet IPT goals.
• Define requirements, statements of work, and verification plans.
• Define schedules, budgets, and resource needs with program leadership.
• Oversee design, development and systems integration in production facilities.
