Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in IP Litigation required.
• Trial Experience required.
• Significant experience in managing discovery requests and document production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit a range of legal documents and correspondence.
• Provide guidance to paralegals and temporary staff.
