Qualifications

• JD required and active bar admission in OR/WA or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technologies and legal concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patent/IP litigation research and draft motions (e.g., claim construction, dispositive motions).
• Coordinate and manage independent projects within a team setting.
• Take depositions and oversee fact and expert discovery.
• Provide strong client service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Develop and maintain a client portfolio.
