BCG Attorney Search in Portland, Oregon seeks a Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Patent Attorney with 4+ years of biotech patent prosecution experience. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate, joining the Intellectual Property department to shape patent strategies and oversee prosecutions.

The role requires USPTO registration, Oregon or Washington Bar admission or reciprocity eligibility, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in biotech patent prosecution.
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent client service ethics and ability to work independently.
• USPTO registration required.
• Oregon or Washington State Bar admission, or eligibility for reciprocity.
