Responsibilities include managing a full caseload, preparing documents, negotiating settlements, appearing in court, and supervising paralegals.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Oregon State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file documents with courts.

• Draft and prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
