SMX in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Intellectual Property / Data Rights Analyst to perform IP analytical work on a Government weapon system project.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: Secret.
• 8 years of IP analysis experience, with 3+ years in data rights.
• Familiarity with US Data Rights laws and relevant DFARS/USC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze IP and data rights assertions for government use.
• Review CDRLs and support life cycle sustainment planning for weapon system programs.
• Develop briefings for Division Chief and Project Manager levels.
• Identify program risks related to IP and data rights in the technical data package.
