Job summary

GovSG is seeking a seasoned MDA Senior Configuration & Data Manager/Analyst in Huntsville, AL to support the Targets and Countermeasures Program Office. You will organize program assets, manage data flows, and serve as the IDE administrator for SharePoint sites and data repositories.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data/configuration management in DoD programs, plus hands-on tools experience (Windchill, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, DOORS, Cameo, Git) and active clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of data/configuration management experience on large DoD programs.
• Active DoD security clearance required.
• Experience maintaining configuration-controlled environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with audience-tailored presentations.
• Familiarity with MDA processes and system engineering concepts.
• Proficient with Windchill, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, DOORS, Cameo and Git.

Responsibilities

• Program Data Management: organize and maintain reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Data Dissemination & Tracking: manage intake, routing, and archival of data.
• IDE administration: lead admin for SharePoint sites and data repos.
• Milestone Review Support: coordinate logistics and briefing decks.
• CDRLs: oversee lifecycle including tracking and distribution.
• CCB: support change log, data packages, and minutes.
• Knowledge Management: maintain Lessons Learned across stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
