Qualifications

• Deep fluency in trademark prosecution and enforcement, including USPTO oppositions and disputes.
• 7–12+ years of trademark/IP experience with prosecution and enforcement background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication aligned with CTW Law’s standards.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Existing portable book of business (preferred $200k–$500k) or demonstrated growth potential.
• High autonomy with collaborative, accountable work style.
• Professional maturity and low-drama approach in a boutique setting.
• Tech savviness and familiarity with AI tools for legal practice.
• Interest in building within the firm and contributing to growth.
