Nextpower seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive IoT-enabled solar plant systems, sensors, and analytics. You will define roadmaps, write requirements, and coordinate across engineering, supply chain, and services to bring hardware, firmware, and AI software to market.

You will shape the product strategy, analyze business value, and communicate plans to executives and teams, ensuring timely delivery and adoption across our solar projects.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience with related products.
• Track record of launching complex products.
• Experience delivering business value from IoT systems.
• Experience with IoT/MODBUS, field instrumentation or related systems.
• Experience with electronics and firmware product development.
• Experience with solar plant SCADA and operation.
• Ability to write clear and measurable product requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with financial analysis is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain clear product roadmaps for new products and improvements.
• Lead product development from conceptualization to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate product state and development programs across the company.
• Manage product improvement programs for vision systems, cameras, sensors and AI processing.
• Manage improvements for soiling measurement, weather stations, and other sensing systems.
