Qualifications

• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, MQTT and HTTP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital buildings program across a large portfolio.
• Migrate legacy infrastructure to cloud-connected, centralized operations.
• Audit assets: hardware, software, licenses; maintain inventory.
• Support BMS hardware/software upgrades and tooling configurations.
• Ensure security updates and patching are implemented.
• Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to meet targets.
• Oversee project management for ongoing workstreams.
