Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks an experienced software architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise software and cloud services powering IoT-enabled Honeywell products. You will collaborate across software, hardware, systems, quality, cybersecurity, and product management teams to build secure, reliable, and innovative solutions.

You will mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and advance engineering practices for cloud-connected applications within Honeywell's Fire

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in system architecture and delivering enterprise software or connected product solutions.
• 5+ years of full-stack development with Angular/React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• 5+ years of cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure or similar cloud services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.
• 2+ years of mentoring and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise software and cloud services.
• Build modern full-stack apps using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and front-end frameworks.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven services, and distributed components.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, cybersecurity, and QA teams for integrated solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, requirement analysis, and planning; promote engineering best practices.
