Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an experienced iOS Software Engineer to build native iOS experiences for client-facing products, collaborating across product, design, backend, quality, and engineering teams.

You will contribute to feature design, development, automated testing, service integration, production support, and continuous improvement of mobile apps with a focus on accessibility and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years native iOS development with Swift, Combine, UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable iOS apps with advanced software skills.
• Create accessible, responsive mobile UIs following UI design principles.
• Integrate mobile apps with REST APIs; handle async processing and errors.
• Unit/UI testing with Xcode, Appium or similar.
• Enable CI/CD pipelines and DevOps troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot memory, performance, and production issues.
• Implement dependency injection and modern mobile patterns.
• Design accessible experiences with VoiceOver/Dynamic Type.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to teams.
