Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Software Engineer III in the BUSINESS ACCESS & TOOLS team to design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, scalable iOS software components. The role involves delivering high-quality production code, implementing comprehensive test strategies, and leveraging enterprise AI coding tools within the SDLC to boost productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

3+ years applied software engineering experience.
Experience in native mobile application development.
Proficiency in Swift including async/await and Combine.
Strong iOS framework experience: UIKit, SwiftUI, Foundation, Core Data, Combine.
Proven unit/UI testing with XCTest/XCUITest and TDD mindset.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
Modularization, dependency injection, and reusable iOS SDKs.

Responsibilities

Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine problems.
Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
Implements unit tests and UI tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed, with peer review.
Produces architecture and design artifacts and ensures design constraints are met.
