Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer - Mobile to join a high-energy team focused on digital innovation in health care. Qualifications

7+ years of overall experience in software development life cycle experience.
3+ years of experience in design / development or implementation of native iOS frameworks and/or features.
3+ years of experience in native mobile based applications / platforms - testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
3+ years of experience in Swift language.
At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools, such as Claude.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient and scalable native iOS solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
Provide input on technical feasibility, performance, and scalability to meet objectives.
Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and quality guidelines.
Communicate and coordinate with team members to align and share technical insights.
Adopt mobile best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops to foster learning.
Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and deliver high-quality code.
