CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer - Mobile to join a high‑energy, growth‑oriented team focused on digital innovation in mobile. You will design, develop, and implement digital solutions, collaborating across cross‑functional teams to shape the enterprise mobile strategy and deliver high‑quality code.

You will lead and mentor, participate in architecture discussions, and drive performance, scalability, and best practices while leveraging AI tools to enhance mobile

Qualifications

7+ years in software development life cycle.
3+ years native iOS framework/feature development.
3+ years native mobile apps testing and tools.
3+ years Swift language.
At least 1 year experience with AI tools (Claude).

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient, scalable native iOS solutions.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
Coordinate with team members to align on technical decisions.
Adopt mobile best practices and new technologies to boost quality.
Share knowledge through code reviews, talks, and workshops.
Collaborate with developers to deliver high‑quality features.
Mentor junior developers to grow their skills.
