Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer - Mobile to join a high‑energy team and advance the mobile strategy. You will design, develop, and implement native iOS solutions while contributing to architecture and best practices across enterprise projects.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, drive performance improvements, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers to raise code quality and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development lifecycle experience.
• 3+ years designing/developing or implementing native iOS frameworks/features.
• 3+ years of native mobile apps testing processes, methodologies, tools.
• 3+ years of experience with Swift language.
• At least 1 year of experience using AI tools such as Claude.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable native iOS mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on solution design and architecture.
• Contribute to performance optimization and scalability decisions.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
