Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS/Android) for a contract-to-hire engagement to build a next-generation digital banking experience.

You will design, develop, test, and support production mobile apps used by millions of customers, collaborating with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, clean architecture, AI-powered tooling, and features from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in mobile development across iOS/Android.
• Proficient in Swift and/or Objective-C and Xcode.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong knowledge of secure software engineering practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and fast-paced teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable mobile platform components and tooling.
• Build production-ready Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java code.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure accessibility, localization, performance, and QA in solutions.
• Develop validation frameworks for AI features and personalization engines.
• Create API mocks to reduce backend dependencies during dev/testing.
• Guide other engineers on platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing regimes.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold security and quality standards.
